Physical Toolkit (suitable for teams of 2-10 in the same location):

• A digital wellbeing workbook.
• A QR code to start your techtimeout, thanks to The Focus Company, Opal.
• Resources to run a 30-60 minute techtimeout session in your workplace.

Digital Toolkit (ideal for distributed teams or those preferring digital resources only):

• A QR code to start your techtimeout, thanks to The Focus Company, Opal.
• A digital wellbeing workbook to run a workshop either synchronously (via virtual call or in person) or asynchronously, depending on your team’s needs.
• Everything needed to conduct a 30-60 minute techtimeout session in your workplace.

Additional Details:

• Physical Toolkit: Suitable for teams of 2-10 people due to the number of phone bags in the kit. For larger teams, please purchase additional kits to match your team size. (20 people = 2 kits, 50 people = 5 kits etc)
• Both physical and digital packs will be shipped or emailed during the week commencing 18th November, two weeks before techtimeout Tuesday.
